dp is on about cancelling the net wot am i 2 do.its sooooooooooooooo not far since iv just found the site i can understand he p****d of coz we'r on broadband and last few days its like dial up but i carnt live without the site now

Has he tried clearing cookies and defragging and stuff. Having too meny things saved can slow it down.

What about changing your provider ... we are with Virgin the WHOLE package .. ie. broadband/phone/mobile/telly and its 90 per month much cheaper then what we were paying individually with BT Internet x

its with virgin hun.

no hun its broadband but it like dial up hence y dp isnt happy.i carnt do anything as it's in his name

aww I really hope he doesn't cancel it ... I would be devastated if Russ cancelled ours

our broadband is really slow and crap, we had a really good speed, we moved a few streets away and we now get a really really crappy speed, can't use xbox live and laptop at the same time etc.xxxx

That is WELL BAD ... Russ would be gutted if he couldnt play his ps3 when I was on my laptop!

I think you need to complain to virgin ... Russ said that aint right!
