homemade lemonade

3 lemons
6oz sugar
1 and half pints water


gently wash the lemons and peel the rind thinly.put the rind and sugar in2 a heatprrof jug.bring the water 2 the boil and pour over.cover and ,stirring occasionally.then add the juice of the 3 lemons.strain ans serve chilled

this is 2 add 2 ur bath


to promote a gd nites sleep.dont use on children under 2also dont use it every nite as u can easily become accustomed to the effects abd find that it doesnt work wen u really need it.

6 drops lavender oil
2 drops valerian oil
