well done you not easy on gas and air i tryed to do that with my 1st baby but it just made me light headed and made me sick so went with out lol x

I had an Epidural and Gas and Air with Travis, with Alfie i just had Gas and Air

The gas made me light headed an all, but it seemed to work for me. Not pleasant though at first when you start off but then you get used to it or pain overtakes lol.

1st epidural then had c. section so had to get spinal
then spials for the other 3 too
