i had 2 and will be having another with this baby. tbh i didn't find the recovery all that bad at all, i was poorly after tom as i lost alot of blood etc, but was still driving after 4 weeks ( dr said whenever i felt ready was fine so long as car insurance agreed )
emily was a planned c-section and i was out of bed not long after ( even tho i wasn't supposed to be) and home a couple of days later. i was driving after 3 weeks although only very small journeys.xx

I have had two natural births and then an emergency c section.

Tbh everyone is different .... I had a very traumatic experience with my second pregnancy (Bethany) and very nearly had to have one but ended up passing out and pushing her out after a very long and painful labour ... this made me TERRIFIED of giving birth every again ... HOWEVER I met Russ and vanted his babies lmao ... I was promised labour counselling and I am still waiting ... BOB IS 3 .. WTF? ... his birth was very traumatic ... and we ended up c section ... I was so far out of it I really didnt care by the time they cut me open BUT the afterwards was a different matter ... I suffered extreme pain and the first time I had to get up to go to the toilet I felt like my insides where gonna fall out Sad ... I couldnt drive for 6 weeks and couldnt lift anything heavy ... I developed PND and still coming to terms with the saggy belly (overhang) that I swear was caused by the c section! Anyway ... BOB was so worth it and thankfully Russ has had the snip lmao Smile
